Beth A. Rishel is currently in her 27th year as a massage therapist and is working toward completing 23 years as a licensed massage therapist in the state of Maryland. She is also a licensed Craniosacral therapist and a certified aromatherapist. Beth trained under Amye Clark, a clinical master aromatherapist and proud owner of Anam Cara Apothecary in Frederick, MD.

Beth is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. She completed her massage therapy education in 1997 at The Central Pennsylvania School of Massage, where she received 900 hours of training in various massage therapy techniques. At the Central Pennsylvania School of Massage, she earned high proficiency grades in physiology, kinesiology, pathology, and sports massage. Upon graduation, she worked with many Penn State athletes, including members of the football, rugby, swim, and women's track teams.

In 1999, Beth moved to Maryland and was employed at a day spa in Hagerstown, where she worked for eight years. On October 1, 2007, she opened her own business—Indigo Moon Amber Sun Therapeutic Massage was born!

Jennifer Evans, LMT is a 2021 graduate of Allegany College of Maryland, where she earned her associate degree in massage therapy. It was a two-year program in which she developed her skills in Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue work, and therapeutic stretching—all aimed at supporting the healing process for her clients.

Jennifer was inspired to become a massage therapist after working for a health insurance company and a pharmacy, where she witnessed many individuals struggling with addiction to pain medication. Wanting to offer a natural alternative to pain relief, she pursued a career as a licensed massage therapist.

Sarah Metz, LMT, completed the 1,000-hour program at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2005. She has been a licensed massage therapist ever since and has been practicing Polarity and Craniosacral therapies since 1998.

In addition to specializing in Polarity and Craniosacral therapies, Sarah is skilled in Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage. She is also currently earning a degree in reflexology and is a registered yoga teacher with 500 hours of training.

Dayna Gregory, RMP, is a graduate of the Central Maryland School of Massage in Frederick, Maryland. She has completed over 630 hours of training and education in massage therapy techniques and specializes in relaxation massage.

Sara Williams, RMP, is a 2018 graduate of The Central Maryland School of Massage. Upon graduation, she completed 630 hours of training and education in massage therapy techniques.

Sara specializes in deep tissue massage and takes a special interest in her clients, with a strong ability to understand their muscular concerns. Before joining Indigo Moon Amber Sun Therapeutic Massage, Sara worked at Spa Envy just outside of Gaithersburg, MD.

Judi Martz is a board-certified reflexologist who studied under Dr. Pat Lawson, CRR, at the renowned International Institute of Reflexology. She incorporates the Ingham method and zone therapy to support healing and restore balance in the body. Judi has completed over 500 hours of hands-on training and education in hand and foot reflexology techniques.

Each of her sessions focuses on relieving stress and tension, improving nerve and blood supply, and helping the body return to equilibrium. Judi is passionate about her work and continually amazed by how reflexology helps keep the body "tuned up," allowing its systems to operate at peak efficiency. She has also earned certifications as a Shamanic Practitioner Level 1, USUI Holy Fire II Reiki Master/Teacher, and Crystal Healing Level 1, and she is a certified aromatherapist.
