Beth A. Rishel is working on her 27th year as a Massage Therapist, and is currently working towards 23 Years as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Maryland. Beth is

also, a licensed Craniosacral Therapist, as well as a Certified Aromatherapist, she trained under Amye Clark, a Clinical Master Aromatherapist; Amye is the proud owner of Anam Cara Apothecary in Frederick MD. 

Beth is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. She is a 1997 graduate of The Central Pennsylvania School of Massage with 900 hours of training and education in Massage therapy techniques.

At the Central Pennsylvania school of massage, she scored high proficiency grades in Physiology, Kinesiology, Pathology and Sports Massage. Upon graduation she worked with many Penn State Athletes, including members of the Penn State Football, Rugby, Swim and Women’s Track Teams. 

In 1999, Beth moved to Maryland, where she was employed at a day spa in Hagerstown. She worked there for 8 years before she opened up her own business. On October 1, 2007,

Sarah Metz , LMT attended the 1000-hour program at Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2005. She has been a licensed massage therapist since then and has been practicing polarity and craniosacral therapies since 1998. 

In addition to specializing in polarity and craniosacral therapies, Sarah is adept at Swedish, deep tissue, Lymphatic Drainage and prenatal massage. Sarah is also earning a degree in Reflexology.  She is also a registered yoga teacher at the 500-hour level of training.

Jennifer Evans, LMT is a graduate of Allegany College of Maryland in 2021. She received her

associate degree in Massge Therapy.  It was a 2-year program, where she mastered her skills in

Swedish Massage techniques, Deep Tissue, as well as therapeutic stretching techniques; all to help aid in the healing process of her clients. 

The reason why Jennifer decided to become a Massage Therapist is because she was working for a health insurance company and a pharmacy; and she saw so many people who were addicted to pain medication.  Jennifer wanted to give an alternative to pain, without medication, so that lead her to her career as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Dayna Gregory , RMP is a graduate of the Central Maryland School of Massage in Frederick, Maryland. She has over 630 hours of training and education in massage therapy techniques. Dayna specializes in relaxation massage. 

From Swedish to deep pressure techniques and hot stone massage, Dayna is one of the best known exponents. Dayna enjoys one-on-one time with her clients and customizes the massage experience to be exactly what the client needs.

Sara Williams, RMP

Sara Williams . RMP .   Is a 2018 graduate of The Central Maryland School of Massage.  Upon graduation she received 630 Hours of training and education in Massage Therapy techniques.  Sara specializes in Deep Tissue Massage.  Sara takes a special interest in her clients and has a knack for understanding her client's muscular issues.  

Sara was employed with Spa Envy outside of Gaithersburg MD before she started her work her at Indigo Moon Amber Sun Therapeutic Massage

Judi Martz, Board Certified Reflexologist

Judi Martz is a Board-Certified Reflexologist.  Judi studied under Dr. Pat Lawson, CRR at the Renowned International Institute of Reflexology.  Judi incorporates the Ingram Method and Zone Therapy to treat the body and bring the body back to balance.  She has over 500 hundred hours of hand-on training and education in hand and foot therapy techniques.  Each of her sessions focuses on relieving stress and tension, improving nerve and blood supply and bringing the body back to its equilibrium. 

Judi is passionate about her work and is amazed at how reflexology helps to keep the body 'tuned up' and allows the body's systems to operates at peak efficiency. 

Judi also has earned the title of Shamanic Practitioner Level 1, USUI Holy Fire 2 Reiki Master/Teacher, and Crystal Healing Level 1, and she is a Certified Aromatherapist.
